Reading your results
Understand your AI visibility numbers, see who AI recommends instead of you, and find the questions and sources to work on next.
8 minPlan: All plans, including the Free Snapshot
Once an analysis finishes, the AI visibility page for your brand fills with numbers, charts and every answer the AI engines gave. This tutorial explains what each part means and where to click to dig deeper.
Before you start
- At least one finished analysis. See Getting started.
The headline numbers
At the top of the page you will see six tiles. Each shows the latest value, the change since your previous run and a small trend line.
- Discovery visibility: the share of answers that recommend you when buyers don't name you. This is usually the number to watch most.
- Share of voice: your share of all business mentions in AI answers.
- Average position: your place among the businesses named in Discovery answers. #1 is best.
- Website cited: the share of answers that link to your website as a source.
- Positive tone: the share of answers mentioning you that describe you positively.
- Reputation score: your score out of 100 from the latest reputation report. See Your reputation score.
AI answers vary from run to run, so small changes can be noise. Look at the trend over several runs before drawing conclusions.
AI share of voice and next steps
AI share of voice shows you and the three businesses AI names most, plus everyone else, with the change since the previous run.
Next to it, Recommended next steps lists the quickest ways to get recommended more, such as questions you're missing, websites to get mentioned on, competitors worth tracking, or completing your brand profile. Each has a button that takes you straight to the right page.
Latest results
Under Latest results you will find:
- Visibility by question type: one tile each for Discovery, Comparison, Brand, Your questions and All questions, showing how many answers recommended you.
- Leading in AI visibility: the businesses AI recommends most. Use Full ranking to open the Brand ranker, or Track top leaders to add them as competitors.
- Visibility by engine: how ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity each treat you.
- Who AI recommends: every business the engines named, by share of answers. Businesses you don't track yet have a + Track button.
The question table
The table lists every tracked question, grouped by type, with one column per AI engine. Each cell tells you what happened:
- #1 of 7: you were recommended first, among seven businesses named.
- #2 of 7: you were second.
- Named: you were mentioned but not recommended.
- Not mentioned: the answer didn't include you.
- Failed: the engine didn't answer. The token was returned.
Click any cell to read that answer. Click Read every answer to see all of them, with the businesses named and the sources cited.
Where AI doesn't recommend you, a Write content button opens the GEO Writer with that question ready.
Dig into one question
Click a question to open its breakdown. You'll see Recommends you, Best position, Your site cited and Businesses named, plus a chart of how many engines recommended you in each analysis.
Under Why they win, click Analyse why they win. In about 30 seconds Luciqo compares the winners with you and lists Your gaps and What to do. This costs no tokens. The page also shows Who wins this question and Sources AI uses here, the websites to get mentioned on.
What changed
When you have two or more analyses, What changed compares the latest with the previous one: Wins and Losses (now recommended, dropped out, moved up or down, website now cited or no longer cited), movers among the businesses AI recommends, and sources AI started or stopped citing.
Track progress over time
Open Progress in the sidebar for charts over every run. A metric is only marked Improved or Declined when the last two runs are both beyond normal variation from your first run. Use What you did to log new content, PR, reviews or listings, so you can see whether they made a difference.
Export the data
Use Excel at the top of the brand page to download the latest analysis, or Client report for a ready-to-send report.
