Luciqo is designed to give you insight without collecting more data than it needs.
No personal data from your customers
When you connect Google Analytics, Matomo or HubSpot, Luciqo stores only pseudonymised codes and aggregated totals. It never stores contact names, email addresses or phone numbers.
Read-only connections
Luciqo asks only for read access. It can't change anything in your analytics or CRM.
Encrypted keys and data
Connection tokens are encrypted before they're stored, and all data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
You stay in control
Delete any data pull, disconnect a source or revoke an API key or share link at any time. Disconnecting stops syncing straight away.
Access by role
Every workspace has owner, admin and member roles, and database rules make sure each account can only see its own workspaces.
Your data isn't used to train AI
Buyer questions are sent to AI providers through their business APIs. Under their API terms, these providers do not use API data to train their models by default.
Payments handled by Stripe
Card details go straight to Stripe and never touch Luciqo's servers.
UK GDPR
Luciqo is run from the UK and follows UK GDPR. Customers can sign our data processing addendum, which lists every sub-processor.
