Cookie Policy

Last updated 23 October 2026

In short: Luciqo uses the cookies it needs to work, such as keeping you logged in. On our website and sign-up pages we also ask whether you accept analytics cookies (Google Analytics) and, if a partner sent you, a cookie that credits them. Nothing optional is set unless you click Accept, and you can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. We do not use advertising cookies.

1. What cookies are

1.1 Cookies are small text files that a website saves on your device. They let the website remember things, such as whether you are logged in. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in a similar way, and this policy covers them too.

1.2 This policy applies to our website and platform at luciqo.ai (including app.luciqo.ai), which are operated by Virtuance Digital Marketing Ltd ("Luciqo", "we", "us").

2. The cookies we use

2.1 Strictly necessary cookies are needed for the website and platform to work, for example to log you in securely. Under UK law (the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations), they do not need your consent. Optional cookies (analytics and partner credit) are only set if you click Accept in our cookie message.

2.2 The cookies are:

2.3 We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell your data.

3. Third-party cookies

3.1 Stripe. When you pay for a plan or manage billing, you are taken to pages hosted by Stripe. Stripe sets its own cookies on those pages to process payments securely and prevent fraud. You can read more in Stripe's cookie policy.

3.2 YouTube. Videos on some blog posts use youtube-nocookie.com. No YouTube cookies are set when the page loads. If you press play, YouTube (Google) may set cookies and collect information under Google's privacy policy.

4. Google Analytics

4.1 If you accept, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and use our website (for example which pages are visited and where visitors come from). Google acts as our processor. IP addresses are anonymised, and we do not use Google Analytics for advertising.

4.2 You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page of our website. If you reject analytics after accepting, Google Analytics stops loading straight away. You can also delete the cookies in your browser. Read more in Google's privacy policy.

5. Managing cookies

5.1 You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Most browsers explain how in their help pages.

5.2 If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the website and app will not work. In particular, you will not be able to log in.

6. Changes and contact

6.1 We will update this policy if the cookies we use change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.

6.2 For more about how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy. If you have any questions, email contact@luciqo.ai.
