Pricing questions
What is a token?
One token is one buyer question answered by one AI assistant. Checking 25 questions across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity uses 100 tokens. A monthly reputation report uses 8 tokens. Your plan's tokens refresh every month.
What happens if I run out of tokens?
Nothing breaks. Your reports stay available, and a weekly check that can't run is skipped with a note. You can buy a top-up at any time: 500 tokens for £39 or 1,500 tokens for £99. Extra GEO articles cost £25 for 5 or £79 for 20. Top-ups don't expire while your subscription is active.
Is there a free plan?
Every new account starts with a free snapshot: one brand and 10 buyer questions checked once across the four AI assistants. No card is needed. Choose a plan when you want weekly tracking and the rest of the platform.
How does Agency pricing work?
You pay £99 a month for the agency workspace, plus £89 a month for each client brand you add. Each client brand adds 450 tokens and 2 GEO articles to your monthly allowance. There is no limit on the number of client brands or team seats.
Can I change plan or cancel?
Yes. Plan changes take effect straight away, and the difference for the rest of the period is charged or credited at once. If you cancel, your plan runs until the end of the period you've paid for. Manage everything from Billing and usage in the app.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT, which is added at checkout where it applies.
Is yearly billing cheaper?
Yes. Paying yearly costs about 20% less than paying monthly. Your token and article allowance still refreshes every month.
How do I pay?
By card through Stripe. You get an invoice for every payment, and you can update your card or download invoices from the billing portal.
