Your reputation score
Create a reputation report, add your review profiles and understand how Luciqo calculates your reputation score out of 100.
6 minPlan: All paid plans
AI engines lean on reviews, press and forum mentions when they decide who to recommend. A reputation report gathers that evidence for your brand, checks every link, and turns it into a score out of 100 with a written verdict and recommended actions.
Before you start
- A brand in Luciqo.
- At least 8 tokens. A reputation report always uses 8 tokens, whatever the size of your brand.
- Optional: links to your pages on review sites such as Google, Trustpilot, Clutch or Glassdoor.
Add your review profiles
Luciqo searches for your review profiles in every report, but adding them yourself makes sure none are missed.
- Open your brand and click Reputation in the sidebar.
- Find Your review profiles.
- Paste the link to your page on a review site, for example your Trustpilot page.
- Click Add link. Repeat for each site.
Changes apply from the next report.
Create the report
- On the Reputation page, click Create report (or Refresh report if you already have one).
- Luciqo researches reviews, press and social mentions, then checks every link. It usually takes two to four minutes, and the page updates by itself.
- When it's ready, the page shows your Reputation score, the change since your last report, and the full findings.
If something goes wrong, the tokens are returned. If you don't have enough tokens, the button tells you so.
How the score is calculated
Each part is scored from 0 to 100, then weighted:
| Part | Weight |
|---|---|
| Customer reviews | 45% |
| Web mentions | 27% |
| Tone in AI answers | 18% |
| Employer reviews | 10% |
Ratings are weighted by the number of reviews, so a single review counts for far less than many. Only links that opened when Luciqo checked them are counted. If a part has no data, the page says so. Open See the full calculation under How the score is calculated to see the sum and how each part was scored.
Read the report
Below the score you'll find:
- Reviews found, Mentions found, Positive share and Sources, each linking to the detail.
- Overall verdict and Trend and outlook.
- Strengths and Risks, Key themes and Opportunities.
- Recommended actions, plus what to Monitor weekly and when to Act immediately if.
- Reviews by platform, with rating, number of reviews and what reviewers say.
- Mentions and citations: press, blogs, directories, social and forums that mention you, each with its source, type, date and tone.
- Sources AI engines relied on: the websites the engines cited when answering your buyer questions. Being mentioned on these is how you get recommended.
- Data gaps and limitations: what the report couldn't see.
- All sources, numbered to match the references in the findings.
Google review text is kept for 30 days, as Google's terms require. Scores and ratings history are kept.
Keep it up to date
If Run automatically every week is on for the brand, a reputation report also runs about once a month, the day after a weekly analysis. Each one uses 8 tokens. Your latest score appears on the brand's AI visibility page, on Home and in the Progress charts.
Share it
Use Excel at the top of the Reputation page to download the data, or Client report to include the reputation section in a report for a client or your team.
