Reputation: common questions
Where does the reputation data come from?
Public review profiles, press and web mentions found by search, employer review sites, and the answers AI assistants give about your brand. Every item links to its source.
What does the confidence level mean?
It shows how much evidence the score is based on. A brand with few reviews or mentions gets a lower confidence, so you know to treat the number with care.
