Setting up your brand profile
Fill in your brand profile and learn your writing style from your website, so every GEO Writer piece sounds like you and uses true facts.
10 minPlan: All paid plans
Your brand profile is the set of facts, proof and tone of voice that Luciqo uses in everything it writes for you. AI engines quote specific, verifiable facts, so a fuller profile gives them more to quote. The GEO Writer uses it automatically for every article, improved page and outreach pack.
Before you start
- A brand in Luciqo.
- A few minutes to gather accreditations, awards, results and the clients you can name publicly.
Open your brand profile
- Open your brand.
- Click Brand profile in the sidebar.
On the right you'll see Completeness, a percentage and a checklist of the parts that count. The brand page also suggests Complete your brand profile under Recommended next steps while the profile is less than half done.
Learn from your website first
Let Luciqo do the first draft.
- Find Learn from your website.
- Optionally, under Example pages, paste up to three links to pages whose style you like, separated by spaces.
- Click Learn from website. Luciqo reads your home, about and service pages. It takes up to a minute.
Luciqo writes Your writing style guide and suggests facts for any empty fields. Suggested fields are tagged Suggested from your website, check it. Read each one carefully before saving. To update the guide later, click Learn again.
Fill in the profile
Under Profile, write plain facts in your own words. Leave out anything you can't back up.
- About the business: what you do, for whom and where, in two or three sentences.
- Main services: one per line.
- Proof: accreditations, awards, results, numbers: specific, true facts, one per line. These are what get you quoted.
- Clients you can name publicly: only clients who are happy to be named.
- Tone of voice: how you want to sound, in your own words.
- Never say: words, claims or topics to avoid.
- Click Save profile. You'll see "Profile saved. It'll be used for every new article."
A field counts towards completeness once it has more than 10 characters, and the writing style guide counts too. Never say is optional and doesn't count.
Tips for a strong profile
- Be specific. "Rated 4.9 from 312 Google reviews" helps more than "highly rated".
- Use numbers you can prove: years trading, projects completed, response times, certifications.
- Keep it current. Update proof and clients when things change, and new pieces will use them.
- Don't include anything confidential. The writer may use any fact in your profile in published content.
Where the profile is used
- GEO Writer: every new article, improved page and revision. The writing form shows how complete your profile is and links back here.
- Get cited elsewhere: outreach packs and pitch emails.
- Why they win analysis on each question, to compare your strengths with the brands AI recommends.
- Personas, when you build them from your brand profile.
You can still add one-off facts for a single piece in the Anything specific for this piece? box when you write.
